OVERVIEW The Sanitation Line Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the daily sanitation operations and team members across both facilities. This role ensures that all cleaning and sanitation activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in strict adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and sanitation schedules, contributing directly to product quality and food safety.
