Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Worth, TX

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: 37.5 Hours per Week
Contract: 2026-2027 School Year
Openings: 4
Interview Required: Virtual Interview
Position Overview
We're seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services within a school setting. In this role, you'll evaluate students, develop treatment plans, provide therapy services, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
Whether you're helping students overcome communication challenges or achieve important milestones, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing

Conduct speech and language evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Support student growth in communication and academic performance
What We're Looking For

Active SLP License
-
Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion for helping students succeed
Compensation
$55/hour

Minimum Requirements:
-
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
