General Manager (2 Years Required)

As a General Manager at McDonald’s, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing a team to meet operational goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve company goals and deliver great customer service.

• Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running and high performance.

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor cost control, and inventory management.

• Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet McDonald's standards.

• Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly to maintain brand reputation.

• Work closely with senior management to implement corporate policies and strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally with McDonald’s.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

• Knowledge of financial management and reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
