Job Description
A commercial real estate company in the commercial real estate space is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Manager. This individual will lead a team of 4-6 Accounts Payable professionals and oversee high-volume AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, supplier maintenance, payments, escalations, queue management, reporting, and issue resolution. The role will drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and service levels, strengthening internal controls and SOX compliance, partnering with Procurement, Accounting, Operations, and FP&A, and advancing automation and workflow improvements. This is a full-time opportunity based in Denver, CO. Salary range is $115,000–$140,000 plus bonus eligibility.

5+ years of Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience 2+ years of team leadership experience High-volume, end-to-end AP operations experience ERP and AP workflow/automation experience SOX, audit, and internal controls experience Experience using KPIs/reporting to manage team performance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience improving AP processes, workflows, or operating practices Experience developing team capability through coaching and continuous improvement Experience leveraging automation, emerging technology, or AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed
