About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Informatica is joining Salesforce at the moment every enterprise is asking whether its data is ready for AI agents. You will turn that imperative into a motion that works through the Salesforce field.

You will develop sales plays, seller readiness plans and feedback loops that drive pipeline across the Salesforce distribution engine.

You treat the field as your customer. You’re energized when a play closes deals, and you simplify complexity into something a seller can use tomorrow.

You move between strategy and detail without a handoff, and you use data to change course quickly. You bring optimism and resilience to a fast-moving integration.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Own Informatica go-to-market for the field: set the quarterly operating rhythm and create, launch and manage sales plays with measurable pipeline targets. Retire or rework plays that don’t convert.
  • Drive seller readiness with Sales Programs, Sales Strategy and distribution leaders. Make Informatica easy to sell with clear entry points, discovery questions and talk tracks, and align plays with campaigns and field events.
  • Partner with Enablement to deliver training, demos and AI-powered tools like Slackbot skills. Use seller feedback, win/loss and funnel data to improve plays and messaging every quarter.
  • Represent Informatica in cross-cloud planning and report play performance and field insig

You’re Our Person If...

  • 7+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales or Go-To-Market roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record turning GTM strategy into field-ready execution with Sales leadership, AEs and Sales Programs
  • Experience building sales plays, enablement programs and training that drove measurable pipeline impact
  • Deep understanding of data management, data integration, governance or AI/data platforms, and the ability to translate technical capability into business value.
  • Strong partnership with Core PMMs and Product Managers on launches, messaging and roadmap priorities
  • Executive-ready presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical rigor: using data to measure programs and refine them.
  • Ability to lead through influence across global teams, and manage multiple priorities in ambiguity

Even Better If...

  • Sales, GTM, or quota-carrying experience
  • Experience marketing AI, data or agent-based products, and familiarity with Informatica
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise pricing and packaging, including consumption models
  • Hands-on building of agents or skills, and fluency with AI tools.
  • Experience integrating an acquired company’s products into a larger sales organization

Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
