Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking an AI Security Engineer with a strong enterprise security and DevSecOps background to help integrate security, governance, automation, and observability into developer workflows. The engineer will leverage Azure security capabilities, automation, orchestration, and practical AI tools to increase security effectiveness and expand coverage across multiple projects. While AI interest and experience are important, this is primarily an enterprise security role rather than a specialized AI research position.

Success in this role requires strong communication, partnership-building, and cross-functional influence. The engineer will serve as an ambassador between AI, security, compliance, engineering, and platform teams by explaining the purpose behind security initiatives, gaining organizational buy-in, writing technical briefs, and creating concise executive-level presentations. This individual should be solution-oriented, enthusiastic about practical AI adoption, and comfortable operating within an evolving enterprise AI environment.
