Accounts Receivable Analyst
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour, depending on experience
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cash application, account reconciliation, collections support, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
Responsibilities

Apply and reconcile daily customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, electronic payments)

Post remittances and resolve payment discrepancies

Complete cash, AR, and intercompany reconciliations

Monitor aging reports and investigate unapplied cash

Manage customer deductions, returns, rebates, and chargebacks

Support sales and customer service teams with payment-related inquiries

Maintain compliance with company financial controls and procedures
Qualifications
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
-
3+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
-
Manufacturing or CPG experience preferred
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
-
Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities

Experience with retail accounts and eCommerce payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, and TikTok Shop is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
