Full job description

Description We are looking for a creative and strategic Art Director to shape compelling visual work for integrated marketing initiatives. This role will guide projects from early concepting through final delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to produce brand storytelling across digital, print, social, video, and experiential formats. The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, leadership experience, and the ability to translate client goals into effective creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the visual direction of multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial idea development through production and launch.

  • Create original design concepts that reflect brand identity, support business objectives, and connect with target audiences.

  • Lead, coach, and provide feedback to designers, production specialists, freelance talent, and other creative contributors.

  • Work closely with writers, strategists, account teams, and clients to build cohesive campaign ideas across a range of media.

  • Present creative recommendations clearly to internal partners and client stakeholders, explaining the thinking behind each concept.

  • Maintain a high bar for creative quality by reviewing materials carefully and approving final assets before release.

  • Oversee visual aspects of photo and video productions, including styling direction, talent selection, and on-set creative guidance.

  • Monitor industry developments, design trends, and emerging tools to bring fresh thinking into the creative process.

  • Coordinate with project and account teams to keep deliverables aligned with timelines, budgets, and campaign expectations.

  • Support business development efforts by contributing ideas and creative input for pitches, presentations, and growth opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment focused on advertising, branding, or marketing.

  • Strong portfolio showing concept development and execution across multiple channels and campaign types.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Demonstrated strength in branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design systems.

  • Experience leading photo shoots, video productions, or other content creation projects from a creative direction standpoint.

  • Effective client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas confidently.

  • Proven ability to manage several projects at once while mentoring creative team members in a fast-paced setting. Innovation starts with people.®
