Job Description:
-
Registers outpatient imaging patients, enters orders, and collects co-pays as determined by the facility.
-
Answers incoming calls promptly in a pleasant, helpful manner, triages calls, obtains accurate information for messages, and deliver messages in a timely manner.

Communicates with Imaging staff regarding patient arrival times, tests, and procedures.

Identifies and communicates priority items to leadership, such as scheduling problems, routing orders, critical diagnostics, and phone calls.

Performs filing, data entry, copying, and reporting as needed.

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
Education:
- High School Grad or Equivalent [Required]
Work Experience:

1+ years' experience in a healthcare, customer service or administrative setting [Preferred]

Patient scheduling or Registration in a health care setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
