  • Review outstanding balances, help follow up on past-due accounts, and investigate payment issues to support timely collections.

  • Reconcile customer ledgers, resolve billing variances, and prepare credit adjustments when needed.

  • Support period-end close tasks related to receivables and assist in maintaining reliable financial records.

  • Prepare assigned journal entries and account reconciliations while keeping accounting files organized and audit-ready.

  • Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, create reports in Excel, and provide general accounting assistance as business needs evolve

Requirements • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or current progress toward completing one.

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable work.

  • Working knowledge of core accounting principles and comfort handling both customer and vendor transactions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with large spreadsheets and prepare accurate reports.

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application, billing, aging analysis, invoice coding, bank reconciliations, or three-way matching.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
