Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Lockheed Martin Space in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer for the Assembly Integration Test and Launch (AITL) organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as the technical Test Lead. This position will be responsible leading the test team from a technical aspect. Additionally, this position will include becoming an official Certified Test Conductor (CTC)

Basic Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience

• Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, EMC/EMI, and Environmental.

• Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.

• US Citizenship required, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

• Experience Leading a Team through Testing

• Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.

• Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.

• Experience in communicating and briefing program management.

• Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor

• Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment

• Possess an Active Secret security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
