Full job description

Description

Senior Learning and Development Specialist needed for a full-time, fully onsite position with our global client in Chelmsford. Will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that strengthen manager capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee engagement across a global workforce, in line with business goals and strategies. Must be proficient with course development and authoring tools, such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and iSpring.

The salary range for this position is 100-120K and the position is eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cash bonuses.

Please note that there will be an opportunity for one day remote once the Specialist is well-established.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs

  • Facilitate manager training, workshops, and leadership development sessions

  • Lead the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of core learning programs

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess training needs and develop practical learning solutions

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs related to employee resource groups

  • Create and maintain learning content for employee-facing platforms

  • Administer the learning management system, including course setup, reporting, learner records, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Use feedback, reporting, and program results to measure effectiveness and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field

  • 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience

  • Strong background in instructional design, content development, and training facilitation

  • Experience delivering manager or leadership development programs preferred

  • Familiarity with learning management systems such as Workday or Cornerstone

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and course authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or iSpring

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information professionally, and work effectively with employees at all levels

  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
