Meet the Team

Join a collaborative marketing team responsible for orchestrating integrated marketing activity across channels, disciplines, and global and regional priorities. The team connects campaign planning with execution, ensuring marketing activities are coordinated, measurable, and delivered efficiently to support business objectives and create connected customer experiences.

Your Impact

As a key link between campaign planning and channel execution, you will help coordinate, track, and measure marketing activities across the customer journey. You will turn agreed priorities into clear plans, work with internal teams and agencies to deliver them, and help keep our workflows consistent as we scale.

You will keep activity progress and performance visible, flag issues early, and look for ways to improve customer touch points and how the team delivers, using AI and automation wherever it removes manual work.

In this role, you will:

  • Track campaign activities: Plan, monitor, and report on activities from kickoff to completion, and flag risks or slipping milestones early.

  • Coordinate cross-channel execution: Work with channel owners, partner teams, and agencies so activities launch in the right order and on time.

  • Run intake: Review new marketing requests, check they are complete and scoped, and route them to the right team before work starts.

  • Support performance reporting: Pull results across customer touch points, spot what's working and what isn't, and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain workflows and templates: Document and update the templates, checklists, and standards the team uses.

  • Automate and improve how we work: Use AI tools and automation to remove manual steps in tracking, reporting, and intake, for example by building agents, prompts, or automated workflows the team can reuse.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Meet one of the following (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months ):

- A Master's degree with 0 years of work experience ; or

- A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience ; or

- An educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 3 years of work experience ; or

- A High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of work experience.

  • Qualifying education and work experience should be in marketing operations, campaign management, integrated marketing, project or program management, or a related field.

  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks or projects with deadlines, through work, internships, or school.

  • Comfortable working with data and reports to monitor results and spot trends.

  • Strong organization, problem solving, and clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to integrated or multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with campaign performance measurement and customer touch points.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation or work management tools (e.g., Workfront, Eloqua).

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate work and boost productivity, such as building custom assistants or agents, chaining tools together, or automating repetitive tasks, beyond using a chatbot for answers.

  • Experience working with global or regional teams, or external agencies.

  • A builder's mindset: you look for repetitive work and find ways to automate it.
