Full job description

Job Description

An employer is seeking a Senior Mobile CI/CD Engineer to join a large healthcare organization. In this role, you’ll own the build, test, and release pipelines for our iOS, Android, and Flutter apps. The goal is fast, reliable, secure delivery for every mobile team, with less manual release work and fewer flaky builds. What you’ll do

  • Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines across CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and Harness
  • Lead the migration and consolidation of pipelines onto a standard, reusable set of templates
  • Cut build times and flakiness through caching, parallelization, and test sharding
  • Automate code signing, provisioning, and release delivery to TestFlight and Google Play
  • Build security gates into pipelines: secret scanning, dependency and SAST checks (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk), and artifact integrity
  • Manage feature flag rollouts and staged releases with LaunchDarkly and Eppo
  • Maintain macOS build infrastructure, including Xcode and SDK upgrades
  • Track and publish pipeline health metrics (build success rate, duration, deploy frequency, change failure rate)
  • Partner with Quality/Automation to integrate unit, UI, and end-to-end test suites into pipelines
  • Document standards and coach engineers on pipeline best practices

$70-80/hour

Skills and Requirements

  • 6+ years in DevOps, release engineering, or build engineering, with 3+ in mobile
  • Hands-on experience with CircleCI and GitHub Actions
  • Strong knowledge of iOS (Xcode, fastlane, signing) and Android (Gradle) build systems
  • Experience with Flutter build and release workflows
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Ruby) and infrastructure-as-code experience
  • Familiarity with GCP or Azure and containerized build environments
  • Solid grasp of secure software supply chain practices
  • Experience with Flutter build and release workflows
  • Experience with Datadog CI Visibility and Harness
  • Background in a regulated industry such as healthcare
  • Experience running self-hosted macOS runner fleets
