1st Shift Pick/Pack Warehouse

Warehouse & Package Handler Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Packers to join our team at Iron Mountain in Wind Gap, PA. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Location: Wind Gap, PA Schedule: Sunday & Wednesday-Thursday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay rate: $17.50 per hour Duties: 1. Accurately pick customer orders 2. Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery 3. Prepare and label shipments according to company standards 4. Maintain a clean and organized work area 5. Follow all safety rules and procedures Requirements: 1. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift 2. Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 4. Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance 5. Ability to work the scheduled shift consistently 6.
