Production Technician - Swiftwater, PA Adecco is hiring Production Technicians for a leading healthcare manufacturing company in Swiftwater, PA. In this role, you will help support the production process in a clean, sterile environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Competitive Wages from $23.00/hr. - $24.00/hr. What You'll Do 1. Inspect and handle production materials throughout the manufacturing process 2. Load and unload materials onto production equipment 3. Monitor product quality and perform visual inspections 4. Operate in a fast-paced production environment 5. Rotate between tasks throughout the shift 6. Clean, set up, and maintain work areas and equipment 7. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Requirements 1. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly 2. Ability to push/pull wheeled carts with team assistance 3. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and performing repetitive tasks for an 8-10 hour shift 4. Basic computer skills 5. Ability to work in a sterile manufacturing environment while wearing PPE, including scrubs, masks, gloves, hair coverings, and steel-toe shoes 6. Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed 7. Flu vaccination required Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Rotating schedule with two days off each week.
