Operations Manager — Miami Dade and Broward

About Us

MaidPro is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We've built one of the most technologically advanced cleaning operations in the industry — using AI-driven tools to run leaner and move faster than the competition.

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, bilingual Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Miami and Broward branches. This is a high-autonomy leadership role for someone who wants real decision-making authority over recruiting, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. This person will be responsible for growing these branches: more cleaners, more bookings, stronger retention, and a team built to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting, hiring, and retention for both branches.

  • Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, dispatch, quality control, and customer service.

  • Directly supervise the Miami and Broward teams and hold them accountable to attendance, consistency, and performance standards.

  • Update SOPs — recruiting, training, quality control — that let this operation run consistently and scale.

  • Build the team as it grows — Manage and grow the current team and add the trainers and supervisors needed to support it.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Proven experience managing people, ideally across more than one location.

  • A track record of holding a team accountable, consistently.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with operational and basic financial metrics.

  • A valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Why You'll Want This Job

  • Real autonomy — decision making ability on scheduling, hiring, and daily operations.

  • Work with AI-driven tools most cleaning companies don't have access to.

  • A lean, fast-moving company.

  • Uncapped monthly bonus tied directly to the revenue growth.

  • A real growth path — as the team scales, new trainer and supervisor roles open up under you.

Full-time · Travel between Miami Dade and Broward
