Smokin' Eagle BBQ & Brew is now hiring for Kitchen help. The Smokin' Eagle is located inside The Eagle Hotel, a landmark building with over 200 years of history behind it. It is now a go-to place for people looking for a good time and good food for many years to come. Looking for a part-time or full-time person to join our Smokin' Eagle Team! Flexible hours and scheduling. Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, and provide cooks with needed items. Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers. Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.
