ERP/CRM Configuration SME

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Configuration SME to provide hands-on support for reporting, dashboard administration, and data oversight in Atlanta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position will help keep sales and executive reporting reliable, timely, and actionable while business intelligence needs continue to evolve. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners to manage reporting requests, improve dashboard performance, and contribute to the buildout of reporting assets in a Databricks-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming Salesforce reporting requests, clarify business needs, and prioritize work based on urgency and impact.

• Maintain account and opportunity data processes to support accurate pipeline visibility and dependable reporting outputs.

• Oversee dashboard health, underlying datasets, and data integrity to ensure reporting remains consistent and trustworthy.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to resolve reporting issues and deliver practical enhancements.

• Review existing reporting assets to determine which dashboards and metrics should be addressed first for migration or rebuild efforts.

• Create, test, and refine dashboards in the target analytics environment, validating results against source data and stakeholder expectations.

• Track reporting performance and identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen governance, and improve usability for business users. Requirements • Background in Salesforce administration, including support for reporting structures, objects, and data management activities.

• Practical experience with Databricks and its use within analytics or reporting workflows.

• Proven ability to design and deliver business intelligence dashboards for operational or executive audiences.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics tools, including dashboard creation and related data preparation features.

• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting support.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience managing multiple reporting priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a contract setting. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
