Full job description
Responsibilities: - Data Entry : review and verify that all vendor invoices are approved by the Manager before entry. - Check vendor account balances and ensure they match the system records, report any discrepancies. - Post factoring weekly payments, prepare Aging Report, and monitor overdue invoices to ensure timely collection and resolution. - Maintain organized filing of accounting records. - Assist in other accounting and administrative tasks as need or assigned by the Senior Accountant. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Quickbooks Online. Basic accounting knowledge. Proficiency with 10-key numeric keypad (speed and accuracy required). Bilingual-Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail.
