Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Tech for an hourly position in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Technical Leader and taking daily direction from the Maintenance Team Lead, this role builds and modifies equipment and maintains plant machinery. Responsibilities include setting up, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all plant rules and safety regulations.

• Ensure machinery operates safely and equipment safety devices are in place.

• Plan and perform work requiring knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory and principles.

• Build equipment for new products and prototypes.

• Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment malfunctions, including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.

• Maintain and organize critical spare-parts inventory.

• Keep maintenance areas clean and orderly.

• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of robot programming and programmable controllers.

• Welding experience related to fabrication, design, and equipment modifications; MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
