Community Outreach Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the Health Care setting, and a CV illustrating a track record of building client relationships topped with impeccable customer service. Benefits: * Weekly Pay * Free Training * Part of a team with RN Oversight * Quarterly performance bonus Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with physicians’ offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other potential referral sources. * Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about the agency’s services and referral process. * Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and community networking events. * Identify new business opportunities within the assigned service area. * Coordinate with the intake and clinical teams to support timely communication and referral follow-up. * Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and follow-up needs. * Meet established outreach and business development goals. * Represent the agency professionally while following agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable marketing guidelines. Qualifications * Associates' degree or equivalent experience * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Home Health or directly related experience * Demonstrate skill and ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory. * Demonstrate technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead management. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision. * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to pass Drug Test * Must have a clean Background Check * Must be available on weekends to accept calls. * Home Health Care experience a plus. * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively. * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
