FULL-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER Pizza Shop Position: Full-Time Assistant Manager Schedule: Evenings & Weekends Required Pay: Negotiable based on skills and experience Advancement: Room for growth and advancement We are looking for a reliable, honest, energetic, and hardworking Assistant Manager to join our team! The right person will bring great energy and a positive attitude to work every day. You must be friendly, dependable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a busy pizza shop. What We're Looking For: 1. Full-time availability 2. Must be available to work evenings and weekends 3. Must be able to cook and prepare food 4. Honest and trustworthy 5. Very energetic and positive 6. Friendly and respectful with customers and coworkers 7. Excellent communication skills 8. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment 9. Able to work well under pressure 10. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance 11. Willing to jump in and help wherever needed 12. Able to work as part of a team 13. Able to take initiative and make decisions when needed 14. Restaurant or management experience preferred Job Responsibilities: 1. Cook and prepare food according to shop standards 2. Help manage daily operations 3. Help lead and support employees during shifts 4. Provide excellent customer service 5. Make sure food quality and orders are correct 6. Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly 7. Help with opening and closing duties 8. Multitask during busy periods 9. Help train and encourage employees 10. Communicate effectively with the owner and team 11. Handle problems professionally and help keep the shift running smoothly 12. Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic We Want Someone Who: Likes to work, likes people, and brings ENERGY to the team! We are looking for someone who doesn't sit around waiting to be told what to do. If there is work that needs done, we want someone who sees it and gets it done.
