Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and launch all-new network security services to defend customers against automated, AI-driven attackers. You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan from conceptualization to market launch on our existing platform. Partnering hands-on with engineering and security research, you will ideate, prototype, and test innovative product concepts and attack simulations. This zero-to-one role requires deep cybersecurity expertise to build next-generation defenses against evolving adversary tradecraft. Key Responsibilities
- Define next-generation network security services to stop agentic and automated attackers across platforms.
- Bootstrap new products from the ground up, validating problems and driving solutions to general availability.
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan through launch and adoption.
- Partner hands-on with engineering and threat researchers to ideate, prototype, and validate product concepts.
- Track the evolving threat landscape and translate emerging attack behaviors into actionable product requirements.
- Shape the application of AI in products by understanding adversary LLM usage and defensive countermeasures.
- Engage enterprise security practitioners and CISOs to uncover problems and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing, and launch as a domain expert.
- Leverage telemetry, threat data, and usage metrics to guide prioritization and continuously improve products.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of combined experience in technical product management, security engineering, or offensive security.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management specifically for security products.
- Proven track record taking a new security product from conceptualization through launch and customer adoption.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber attacks, adversary tradecraft, and emerging automated attack behaviors.
- Hands-on experience with internet attack surface discovery, IPS/IDS, network deception, and evasion techniques.
- Solid understanding of how modern AI and LLMs are used by adversaries and defenders.
- Strong ability to engage engineering technically, challenging assumptions and testing prototypes.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise security customers, from practitioners to CISOs.
- Strong bias to action with the ability to set direction and drive results without a predefined plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior background as a software engineer, security engineer, penetration tester, or cybersecurity researcher.
- Hands-on offensive security experience, such as red teaming, exploit development, or validating network controls.
- Experience building or applying AI/ML or LLM-based systems in security products, including agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with NGFW, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud network security architectures.
- Track record of published research, CVEs, conference talks, or creating open-source security tooling.
- Experience driving go-to-market strategies for new security offerings, including pricing and subscription models.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex threat research into clear product requirements.
- Proven experience leading through influence across matrixed engineering, research, and field teams.
