Description The Experience
Lead the content, launches, and support the creation of enablement materials that help customers understand and use Salesforce’s joint solutions with leading AI and technology partners.
Shape the go-to-market approach for each joint solution: who we’re targeting, how we position it, and how we take it to market together with Product, Product Marketing, Partner Sales, and our partners.
You’ll work closely with Product and Business Development to understand what we’re building together, explain its value, and turn it into clear messaging, compelling demo narratives, and useful content for customers and sales teams.
You’ll partner with the Strategic Technology Partner Marketing leader, who owns the ongoing partner marketing relationships, overall marketing strategy, and joint marketing plans. Together, you’ll connect major launches with the programs that follow.
You are the single point of accountability for bringing each strategic partnership to market. Build and lead a team responsible for launch GTM strategy, partnership content, launch execution, and technical enablement. You orchestrate Product, PMM, STP Partner Marketing, Partner Sales and Programs, BD, and Communications toward one plan, one timeline, and one set of outcomes.
Get involved early as partnerships take shape. Help Product and Business Development identify the use cases, demonstrations, and assets that support a successful launch and are built to and approved against the STP marketing plan and partner commitments. Carry that work through announcement day and continue developing the materials that support selling and adoption.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Orchestrate the launch GTM. You are the accountable leader for the plan, from early partnership shaping through announcement and post-launch adoption. Partner with Product from day one on roadmap, use cases, and what’s ready, so the launch plan reflects what we’re actually building. Define target segments, positioning, sales plays, and the customer journey. Thread PMM’s product messaging through every asset. Align Partner Sales and Programs on co-sell and enablement. Keep the plan consistent with the STP marketing plan and partner commitments. Drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Partnership messaging and content. Explain what each joint solution does, who it’s for, and how it helps customers. Develop messaging hierarchies in partnership with PMM to show how these partnerships fit the broader Salesforce product marketing strategy and keep messaging consistent across teams.
- Launch planning and execution. Own the integrated launch plan and timeline, including announcement content, demo narratives, executive presentations, and sales readiness. Coordinate Partner Marketing, PMM, Product, Communications, Partner Sales and Programs, and Sales Enablement. Be the one accountable for delivery.
- Product demonstrations and technical storytelling. Work with product experts and the partner solutions team to show how the solutions work through demos, videos, presentations, and practical use cases.
- Content after launch. Keep materials current and build new content in line with the campaign and adoption priorities STP Partner Marketing sets (including first call decks, content sessions, and workshops), developed with Partner Sales and Programs so enablement reaches the field and partners.
- Team leadership. Build and develop the team, set priorities, manage the content and launch budget, and establish a clear process for requests, reviews, and delivery.
You’re Our Person If...
- Experience leading content, product marketing, or technical marketing in enterprise technology.
- Strong product and technical fluency, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- A track record of leading launches and creating effective demos, content, and enablement.
- Experience working across Product, Business Development, Sales, Communications, and Partner Marketing.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to connect product capabilities to customer needs.
- Experience building teams, managing budgets, and delivering work in fast-moving environments.
- Experience building GTM strategies for product or partner launches, including segmentation, positioning, and sales motion.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (Product, PMM, Sales, Partner Programs, Communications) without leaving anyone behind.
