Media Budget Operations Manager PMOUNTJP00001776 * Hourly pay: $55-$60/hr (Depends on location) * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Burbank, CA 91502 or New York, NY 10036 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Media Budget Operations Manager to manage the marketing budget through forecasting, invoice tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for its streaming media team. Media Budget Operations Manager Responsibilities: * Lead financial forecasting and invoice tracking for the marketing department to support strategic decision-making, consolidating monthly expense forecasting documents and tracking expenses and invoices. * Gather expense information from media channel owners, the creative team, and key internal marketing partners, and collaborate globally with domestic and international teams to review budgets and snapshots. * Prepare expense and forecast documents for senior leadership and Finance teams to identify potential budget changes, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis. * Assist with month- and quarter-end expense reconciliation. * Develop and optimize budgeting processes that consolidate large data sets, and create new tracking and reporting templates, tools, and processes for future planning and analysis. Media Budget Operations Manager Qualifications: * 4-5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with a proven track record of superior financial analysis and invoice reporting. * Bachelor's degree in business, accounting/finance, or a similar field. * Expert-level Google Sheets and Excel skills for maintaining large spreadsheets and trackers. * Experience working in a marketing environment is preferred. * Experience with Tableau or other advanced dashboards is preferred. * Proficiency in SQL to pull expense data from backend tables is preferred. * Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce is preferred. * Experience with expense software is preferred. * Strong interest in entertainment content, sports, and live events is preferred. Shift: * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (time zone per work location).
