Full job description
Draft and interpret corporate, venture financing, and M&A documents; manage diligence workflows; advise on corporate governance, equity plans, and cap table structures; translate legal requirements into product processes in collaboration with engineering and design teams. Convert legal requirements and workflows into internal playbooks and product specifications, ensuring that platform features reflect accurate legal logic and compliance requirements. Develop and implement quality-assurance and review protocols for legal content and tools; evaluate legal accuracy across technology-enabled workflows; define metrics and feedback loops to improve reliability and user outcomes. Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law and possess an Active New York State Bar License Twenty-four (24) months of experience as a Legal Counsel Email resumes to [email protected]
