Full job description
Analyze business and technical requirements to support ServiceNow platform solutions and enterprise system integrations. Evaluate data flow between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including Active Directory, Jira, and SAP. Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance processes for ServiceNow implementations. Assess and support monitoring solutions including Splunk integration and reporting capabilities. Analyze system connectivity requirements using REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations while supporting web technologies including HTML and JavaScript. Requires a Bachelors degree or any foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science/Business Admin /Engineering (any), C.I.S. or equivalent, plus five years of progressively responsible experience. The employee's relocation is contingent on client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, and it purely depends on the client's requirements. There is no National or International Travel involved in this position.
