Gaming Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AI Gaming Solutions Engineer to support a leading technology client within its gaming organization. This individual will help design, test, and evaluate AI-powered gaming experiences while serving as a technical voice between gamers, technical communities, product teams, and engineering.

The ideal candidate is a serious PC gamer with a strong technical background who understands gaming hardware, AI technologies, and the overall player experience. This role will combine hands-on AI testing and development, gaming product evaluation, social and community analytics, and technical demonstrations of gaming products.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with gaming products and PC gaming, with strong knowledge of gaming hardware, peripherals, AAA titles, launchers, and the ability to build/troubleshoot gaming PCs. Hands-on AI/ML experience, including AI agents, LLM APIs, or frameworks such as OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, NVIDIA NIM, or similar technologies. Game development experience with Unity or Unreal Engine and proficiency in a programming language such as C++, C#, or Python. Experience with social listening, customer experience, or analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to turn community/customer data into actionable insights. Strong communication and gaming community engagement skills, including experience with platforms such as Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit, livestreams, workshops, or technical product demonstrations. Experience with NVIDIA NemoClaw or NVIDIA Agent Toolkit. Experience developing or testing AI-enabled PC gaming solutions. Professional game development experience. Experience conducting gaming hardware or performance benchmarks. Experience presenting technical products through livestreams, demonstrations, or community events.
