Vehicle Photographer

Description

We are looking for a dependable Vehicle Photographer to support a contract assignment located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This position focuses on documenting vehicle condition at intake by taking clear, consistent images that meet established quality expectations. The right candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both outdoors and around a fast-paced operation.

Here’s how you’ll contribute each day:

• Document each vehicle as it arrives by completing a full photo set at check-in.

• Capture thorough images of the exterior, interior, and any visible damage or notable features.

• Review photos for clarity, lighting, and focus to ensure they accurately reflect vehicle condition.

• Submit or upload image files promptly using established procedures to keep records current.

• Maintain an efficient pace throughout the day while supporting the flow of incoming vehicles.

• Assist with basic clerical support such as scanning paperwork and organizing documentation when needed.

• Follow team instructions carefully and help maintain an orderly work area during daily operations.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Vehicle Photographer position include and are not limited to:

• Ability to remain on your feet, walk frequently, and work outside for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate visual records.

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent approach to daily tasks.

• Ability to follow directions and adhere to established photo and documentation procedures.

• Basic comfort with administrative support tasks such as scanning documents and general clerical work.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle inbound calls or front-desk style interactions if needed.

• Prior vehicle photography experience is not required; training will be provided.
