工作板块：机修
1.制定属下各班工作班次表，制定工作计划。负责制定每天工作分配及任务下达项目单，督促所属员工完成当日的各项工作。确保所有设施能正常发挥其功效，维修后达到其规定标准。检查、建议有关工程部及其他各部门的维修及更换。 2.执行节约能源计划。 3.确保正常损耗。 4.经常评估系统和设备运行状况，以便及时调整和改进。 5.负责督导下属员工服务质量标准，操作流程标准并对各项工作实施全面督管，解决任何设备故障及客人提出的问题，保证满足客人的需要。
1.有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。
2.具有机电等方面知识，持有有效电工资质证件，具备一专多能的技术技巧。
3.身体健康，精力充沛。
