【昆明洲际酒店】销售经理（BD）

1. 统筹策划并执行企业级会议、论坛、展会等大型会务活动，包括前期方案制定、预算编制、供应商管理、现场执行及效果评估；

2. 协调内部相关部门及外部合作方，确保会务全流程高效推进，达成预期传播与业务目标；

3. 管理会务项目全周期文档、合同、费用及风险预案，保障合规性与可追溯性；

4. 持续优化会务标准流程与资源库，提升活动专业度、成本效益与 attendee 体验。

5. 大专及以上学历，会展管理、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；

6. 具备3年及以上大型企业或专业会展公司会务/活动项目管理经验，独立主导过不少于10场50人以上规模的综合性会议或活动；

7. 熟悉会务全流程管理，具备优秀的统筹协调能力、应急处理能力及跨部门沟通能力；

8. 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础数据分析及预算管控能力；

9. 职业素养良好，责任心强，抗压能力突出，无违法违纪记录。
