The Financial Analyst will partner with plant finance teams, Integrated Operations leaders, business finance, supply chain, and shared-service teams to consolidate financial information, analyze business performance, improve reporting consistency, and translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable management insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly global ICS Plant Fixed Cost analysis, including actual-versus-outlook comparisons, site and business summaries, variance explanations, and trend analysis.

  • Lead the monthly review of Manufacturing Period Expense (MPE) and preparation of the Outlook, identifying key drivers impacting gross margin and opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of the process.

  • Provide standard cost support, including Intercompany Variance (ICV) analysis, identification of key drivers, and collaboration with Plant Cost Accountants to update and maintain additive costs and reduce monthly variability.

  • Leverage SAP, OneStream, IMR, and Excel-based reporting files to address ad hoc management requests, generate actionable insights, and develop process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support monthly and quarterly management reporting by preparing financial schedules, charts, commentary, and executive-level summaries.

  • Partner with global finance and operational teams to resolve data inconsistencies, improve reporting practices, and ensure timely completion of recurring deliverables.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting, strengthen documentation, and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in forecasting, planning, management reporting, variance analysis, manufacturing finance, or financial business partnering.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and the ability to leverage them responsibly to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial analysis, reporting, and recurring processes.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience working with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP and OneStream; Power BI or similar business-intelligence experience is preferred.

  • Ability to manage and validate complex data from multiple sources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial results to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

  • Ability to coordinate across functions, regions, and time zones while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Commitment to data integrity, internal controls, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
