-
Maintain accurate documentation and POP/SPI data; promote consistent standards, controls and data lifecycle practices across FLUs.
-
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and communicate recommendations, decisions, progress and risks to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
-
Use feedback, lessons learned and emerging capabilities, including responsible use of AI where appropriate, to simplify and improve team processes

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks and deadlines without compromising quality.
-
Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to create and present clear, concise, executive-ready analysis and presentations to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
-
Demonstrated composure, sound judgment and flexibility in a high-pressure, fast-paced and continually evolving environment; comfortable handling rush requests, shifting priorities and ambiguity while maintaining accurate documentation.
