Pasty Oven, Inc. (DBA The Pasty Oven) is a leading manufacturer of premium frozen pasties. Our USDA-inspected production facility in Florence, Wisconsin produces between 8,000 and 16,000 pasties each week to meet growing customer demand. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to have you on our team! As a Mixer, you'll play a key role in our production process by preparing large batches of pasties and ensuring recipes are followed accurately to maintain our quality standards. Essential Duties: Prepare batches of approximately 400 pasties at a time Follow established recipes and production procedures Accurately measure and mix ingredients Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support production goals while ensuring product quality and consistency Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Schedule: Monday -- Friday 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM What We Offer - Stable, year-round employment - On-the-job training - Team-oriented work environment - Opportunity to grow with a well-established regional manufacturer Join a company that takes pride in producing a high-quality product and values the employees who make it possible every day.
