The employee will coordinate project establishment and closeout between university level and state level stakeholders. The employee will also ensure accurate cost reporting to allow for project budget management. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Knowledge of the principles, practices, theories and terminology of accounting, auditing, banking, budgeting, financial management or investment; of office practices and procedures, of financial statement analysis; and of the budget development processes.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ERP (PeopleSoft) and Facilities CMMS systems.
