Full job description
Our client, a manufacturing and quality-focused organization, is seeking a Quality Technicican to join their team. As a Quality Technicican, you will be part of the Quality organization supporting production units, outside vendors, and Quality Laboratories. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to quality, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow regulatory and documentation requirements—aligning successfully with the organization’s Quality System and compliance goals.
Job Title: Quality Technicican
Location: Clark, New Jersey
Pay Range: $24.50/hr
What's the Job?

Provide technical support to Units of Production, outside vendors, and Quality Laboratories to help meet Quality System and regulatory requirements.

Support compliance efforts by working with SOPs, auditing activities, and documentation requirements.

Perform packaging inspection-related work, including statistical sampling and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk, and finished goods.

Assist with document management, including SOP and records review, and complete related administrative tasks.

Apply quality practices to support consistent outcomes, including color matching experience (preferred).
What's Needed?
-
Associates or Bachelor Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in manufacturing with strong emphasis in quality.

Experience supporting compliance to FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation requirements (highly desirable).

Experience with statistical sampling and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk, and finished goods.

Targeting 3–5 years in packaging inspection, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Experience with document management, SOP and records review, and various administrative tasks.
