About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce is at the forefront of innovation, and as engineering paradigms shift toward AI-first delivery, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Delivery Lead to act as the catalyst for our transformation. You will pioneer and orchestrate the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC), integrating cutting-edge tools (LLMs, AI agents, AI-assisted development) into daily operations across multiple engineering teams. Beyond strategic oversight, this is a deeply hands-on technical coaching role: you will actively model best practices, elevate individual and team capabilities through real-code coaching, and guide developers in practical engineering scenarios. By combining deep technical expertise, modern delivery practices, and a commitment to code craftsmanship, you will shape the future of product delivery and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence at Salesforce.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Champion the AI SDLC: Influence the definition and drive the adoption of an AI-first strategy by defining and orchestrating a modern AI Software Development Life Cycle. Guide teams in seamlessly integrating Generative AI, agent-based frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, OpenCode) into their daily workflows.
  • Hands-On Technical Coaching: Actively model and teach modern software craftsmanship. Facilitate real-code coaching, collaborative engineering sessions, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to build mastery within engineering teams.
  • Proactive Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Navigation: Initiate proactive outreach across complex, large-scale organizations to identify key stakeholders and establish self-introductions with senior leadership. Dynamically evaluate and adapt to evolving organizational landscapes, building trusted, influential relationships to seamlessly guide cross-functional teams.
  • Elevate Code Craft & Quality: Demonstrate expertise in design patterns, refactoring techniques, and clean code principles. Work directly with developers to elevate code maintainability and delivery speed using both foundational principles and modern AI tooling.
  • Optimize Delivery & Governance: Leverage data analytics to optimize workflows, continuously track delivery, and ensure AI initiatives yield real business value. Instill robust engineering practices and provide guardrails for safe, high-quality AI experimentation.
  • Drive Delivery Transformation: Serve as a proactive problem-solver and change agent. Identify and remove obstacles using AI tools to detect early delivery warning signs, guiding teams through complex technical transitions.
  • Influence and Communicate: Act as an exceptional communicator with excellent written and spoken skills. Highly comfortable speaking publicly with moderate size to 100+ person audiences. Adept at translating highly technical concepts into clear, inspiring messaging for both executive and engineering audiences.

You're Our Person If...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 10+ years of technical product management, software development, or technical coaching experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact digital products.
  • Demonstrated applied expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), collaborative coding practices, Refactoring, and Design Patterns.
  • Deep, current knowledge of AI frameworks, the AI SDLC, and cloud AI platforms. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based architectures, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
  • Proven experience creating instructional content, facilitating hands-on technical workshops, and leading real-time collaborative coding sessions at scale. Must possess excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in driving the adoption of new developer tooling through advocacy and cultural change as a Technical Coach, Delivery Coach, or similar role, preferably within a large technology organization (software and hardware).

Even Better If...

  • Experience as a software developer, coupled with a proven track record of managing and leading teams of developers.
  • Certifications e.g.: PSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe RTE
