Full job description

Location

Landover, MD with some occasional travel to Joint Base Andrews or installation sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently re-review a statistically representative sample of completed corrective actions and validation packages before submission, per Premier's quality control plan

  • Verify that Key Supporting Documents, facility folders, and NexGen IT edits are internally consistent and adequately supported before Government review.

  • Identify recurring error patterns across installations or analysts and recommend process corrections to the Program Manager and Engagement Partner.

  • Support root-cause analysis and drafting of formal responses when the Government identifies proposal or performance concerns (e.g., hours-sufficiency or documentation findings).

  • Assist with compliance monitoring against PWS requirements, FAR clauses, and the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process across all five CAP phases.

  • Provide surge review support during peak submission periods and backfill Program Manager duties during travel or absence, as capacity allows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, compliance review, internal audit, or a related oversight function, ideally on a federal or DoD engagement.

  • Strong working knowledge of Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes.

  • U.S. citizen (contract requirement).

  • Excellent written communication skills — this role frequently drafts or edits government-facing correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FIAR, A-123, or similar federal audit-readiness compliance frameworks.

  • Prior quality-assurance role on a GSA MAS or similar federal task order.

  • Familiarity with NexGen IT or comparable DoD real property systems of record.

Travel

Primarily hub-based with occasional travel to Joint Base Andrews or installation sites to support Government coordination or spot-check reviews.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate / Range:$31.25 - $40.63

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
