About us We are a family owned and operated e-commerce company that sells toys on several platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Shopify. We buy our products wholesale from a variety of vendors. The bulk of our sales comes from selling product through Amazon distribution centers. We ship in our products to the distribution centers once we have processed them to meet the standards set by Amazon. Once the products reach these centers, Amazon fulfills our orders to our customers for a fee. By sending in our product we are able to offer Amazon prime benefits to our customers and have a much larger storage capacity at their facilities. Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Packing Associate to join our team. As a Packing Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the packaging process. This is a physically demanding role that sometimes requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for someone that follows directions and is self motivated. A positive attitude and friendly demeanor is a must as we are a small family owned company looking to maintain a close knit community in our work environment. Responsibilities: - Pack products according to established guidelines and procedures in bags and boxes - Load and unload products from trucks or containers - Operate pallet jacks to retrieve items for packing - Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines -Clean work spaces on a daily and weekly basis as needed with the rest of the team Requirements: -A positive attitude and friendly demeanor - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred: - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50) repeatedly throughout the day Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Paid Time Off (seasonal and part time do not qualify) Language: - English (Required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (Required)
