Description We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead demand generation and brand growth for a high-volume business in New York, New York. This role will oversee established acquisition efforts while shaping a more unified marketing function that supports multiple brands and the broader sales organization. The ideal candidate brings strong performance marketing leadership, sharp analytical judgment, and the ability to turn marketing investment into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy across the primary brand and affiliated brands, creating a centralized approach that supports pipeline growth for the full sales organization.

  • Expand and refine current acquisition programs, setting performance benchmarks and improving efficiency through clear measurement of lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact.

  • Develop paid media into a major source of growth by managing campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta, building conversion-focused journeys, and optimizing toward funded outcomes.

  • Oversee lifecycle and nurture marketing programs, including automated journeys, lead scoring models, and effective handoff processes that deliver sales-ready prospects.

  • Establish a reliable attribution framework that connects marketing activity to downstream results, including funded deals, acquisition cost, and return on investment.

  • Direct brand positioning, messaging, and creative execution across the portfolio to strengthen market presence and maintain credible, compelling communication.

  • Manage content and brand production across internal teams, external partners, and AI-supported resources to ensure quality, speed, and consistency.

  • Partner closely with sales and operational leaders to align marketing output with business priorities and improve the path from inquiry to conversion. Requirements • Significant leadership experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing within lending, fintech, or another high-volume customer acquisition environment.

  • Demonstrated success owning measurable business targets and improving marketing performance against revenue or funded volume goals.

  • Strong working knowledge of paid digital channels, marketing automation platforms, and lead management processes tied to a sales-driven organization.

  • Experience building attribution and reporting models that connect campaign spend to sales opportunities, closed business, and cost efficiency metrics.

  • Familiarity with large-scale outreach practices, including deliverability, domain reputation, authentication, and audience engagement fundamentals.

  • Ability to build and scale a centralized marketing function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategy, brand development, B2B marketing, and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics. Innovation starts with people.®
