About the Role The Director of Accessories Marketing Integration will provide dedicated marketing integration leadership within the Inc. Accessories organization. This role will serve as the primary connection point between Accessories and brand Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and channel partners—translating agreed business and marketing strategies into coordinated, executable plans across brands and customer touch points.

The Director will build and drive the integrated roadmap for Accessories launches, collaborations, activations and key seasonal moments. This leader will bring Accessories into marketing planning early, clarify requirements and decision points, coordinate work across teams, and maintain visibility to readiness, risks and resultsWhat You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Accessories contact for brand Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Product Development, E-commerce and other functional leaders across the portfolio, creating connectivity, understanding each Brand’s positioning, and alignment around Accessories priorities.
  • Partner with the Accessories Executive Director and Brand CMOs to resolve priorities, placement and support needs requiring senior leadership alignment.
  • Bring brand Marketing perspectives into the Accessories product-development process early enough to shape product storytelling and launch plans.
  • Build and maintain an integrated cross-brand roadmap and briefs for Accessories launches, collaborations, activations, key seasonal moments, integrating Brand Marketing dependencies as needed.
  • Translate each brand’s positioning, voice and customer priorities for Accessories Merchandising, Design and Product Development teams.
  • Partner with brand Marketing and Creative teams to bring Accessories collections to life through compelling, brand-right product, imagery, creative assets and category storytelling.
  • Track launch execution and performance insights, applying learnings to strengthen future plans and ways of working.

Who You Are

  • Experienced marketing, integrated planning or business leader with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional work.
  • Skilled at translating business priorities and established strategies into clear, actionable plans.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple brands, competing priorities and ambiguous ownership.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, campaign development, go-tomarket planning and customer activation.
  • Experienced in coordinating creative, imagery, digital, e-commerce, collaboration and channel requirements.
  • Able to distinguish between decisions that can be resolved within the working team and those requiring senior leadership escalation.
  • Strong communicator who can synthesize complexity, frame recommendations and create clarity for diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and deadlines.
  • Balances enterprise scale with respect for distinct brand strategies, voices and customers.
  • Uses customer, executional and performance insights to improve future plans and ways of working.
