MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - Pepperell Premier Properties Pepperell Premier Properties - Pepperell, MA. Year-round, hands-on role supporting residential property maintenance including seasonal grounds and winter snow response. Responsibilities: -Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential properties (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general upkeep) -Maintain lawns and grounds during the spring, summer, and fall (mowing, trimming, edging, general landscaping upkeep) -Handle snow removal and ice management during winter months (plowing/shoveling walkways, driveways, and common areas; salting/sanding as needed) -Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner -Assist with move-in/move-out unit turnovers and inspections -Perform minor repairs to common areas, appliances, and building exteriors -Communicate with property management regarding maintenance needs and completed work -Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept appearance across all properties Qualifications: -Prior experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or related field preferred -Comfortable operating lawn and snow removal equipment -Available for on-call or early-morning work during snow events -Reliable transportation -Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple properties -Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs a plus Schedule: -Year-round position with seasonal shift from lawn care (spring-fall) to snow removal (winter) -Some flexibility required for weather-dependent snow response To Apply: Contact Pepperell Premier Properties at 978-433-6700 or visit pepperellpremierproperties.com.
