Full job description
Product Marketing Manager (Boston) Location: Boston Employment Type: Full time Location Type: Hybrid Department: Marketing Who We Are We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world, moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can't solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we're looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us. Overview As Product Marketing Manager, you'll decide how Sereact is positioned and understood in the North American market. You'll own our positioning, value proposition and competitive story, and turn them into launches, content and demos that help Sales win. You'll sit in the Marketing team and work closely with Product, Sales and leadership in the US and Germany. Your work will directly shape how buyers see physical AI and why they choose us. Your Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging
-
Define and own Sereact's positioning and messaging framework for our products, use cases and buyer personas. Adapt it for North American verticals, segments and key accounts. Help define the physical AI category and Sereact's place in it.
-
Develop buyer-specific messaging for operations, engineering and executive buyers that is clear and backed by ROI. Turn technical capabilities into business outcomes that non-technical buyers can act on.
-
Gather input from customers, internal teams, and the field, and feed it back into positioning, product priorities and go-to-market plans.
Product Launches & Content Development
-
Lead product launches end to end, from positioning and pricing input through internal readiness, sales enablement, campaigns and press, and measure how each launch performs.
-
Build a library of case studies, videos and product collateral.
-
Plan and create content for each stage of the buying process, including whitepapers, solution briefs, videos, webinars and blog posts, that explain our technology in terms of customer value.
Competitive Landscape & Differentiation
-
Track competitors, alternative approaches and market trends in robotics, logistics automation and AI. Turn that research into positioning, battle cards and objection handling, so the team knows when and how we win.
-
Run win/loss analysis with Sales and manage analyst relations, so we learn from every deal and shape how the market sees us.
Sales Support & Demos
-
Create pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, explainer videos and ROI tools for Sales.
-
Design demo narratives and support key deals and customer meetings with both live and recorded demos.
-
Train customer-facing teams on new products, updated messaging and competitive positioning.
-
Shape live robot demos at trade shows and industry events with Product and Engineering, from the demo story and use cases to staff briefings, so visitors understand what our systems do and why it matters.
Qualifications Education and Experience
-
5+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally with technical or enterprise products.
-
Background in robotics, industrial automation, logistics or AI; experience with buyers in warehouse or manufacturing operations is a strong plus.
-
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills
-
Proven ability to build clear positioning for technical products and competitive strategy that change how deals are won.
-
Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, and comfortable in front of customers and in live demos.
-
Able to learn complex technical products quickly and explain them clearly to different buyers.
-
Comfortable working with AI-native tools.
-
Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to measure impact on pipeline and win rates.
-
Experience building a new product category is a plus.
-
Fluent English; German is a plus.
-
Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows and occasional trips to our Germany HQ.
Our Interview Plan
-
Application: Please include a writing sample and example of strategic work you've led, such as a launch plan or positioning guide, not only the final deliverables.
-
Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions.
-
Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem-solving approach for this role.
-
On-site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you'd do here. You'll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.
