Description

Support enterprise technology changes and PeopleSoft ERP implementations by preparing the organization, developing change strategies, communicating changes, and assessing readiness.

Scope of Work

  • Develop and implement change-management strategies.

  • Plan stakeholder and employee communications.

  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments.

  • Support adoption of new or modified ERP processes.

  • Coordinate change activities with business and technology teams.
