Description

Manage complex PeopleSoft projects involving technical, functional, and organizational changes. Lead project teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, monitor project progress, and advise management on system enhancements.

Scope of Work

  • Plan and manage PeopleSoft projects, schedules, deliverables, and resources.

  • Lead technical teams and business experts.

  • Prepare project status reports, updates, and presentations.

  • Coordinate vendor support, issue resolution, training, and user assistance.

  • Review designs, enforce standards, and support strategic planning.

Required Skills

  • PeopleSoft project delivery and ERP implementation knowledge.

  • Project planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.

  • Team leadership and stakeholder communication.

  • Technical and functional coordination.

  • Issue escalation and vendor management.

Preferred Skills
