Lead architect, preference for HR domain experience, data transformation experience. * Lead the end-to-end architecture design of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies. * Remain hands-on with coding, design reviews, and proofofconcept development. * Implement data transformation and integration strategies across systems. * Design scalable APIs, microservices, and eventdriven architectures. * Establish architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines. * Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Ensure nonfunctional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability are met. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior engineers. * Support cloud migration, modernization, and system integration initiatives. * Review and approve technical designs, frameworks, and technology choices.SkillsEqual opportunity Employer:Mphasis is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
