Food Production

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking interested candidates for a production line for one of our Mosinee area clients. These are temp to hire opportunities and hours of work may vary. Must be available for most shifts including Saturdays and some Sundays throughout the year. Hours are a 2pm or 4pm start time, typically working until 10pm or Midnight (or until the job is completed) Monday-Friday with overtime on Saturdays as needed (Sundays work may be required at times also). Our client does cross training so you learn nearly all of the jobs so that you can fill in as needed. Hours are generally 40 hours per week unless overtime is required. The pace can be extremely busy at times while slow at other times. Must be able to handle both environments. Job duties include: Monitor and control production machinery Monitor and use clean in place procedures on product machinery and tools Correctly take samples of product for lab testing Fill out proper documentation according to customer and government agencies Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to twist, bend, squat and lift with 50lb object in hand and lift up to 60 pounds from the ground on a rare condition Must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally Must also be able to stand and walk for long periods and have good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity Must be detail oriented and work within a hot work environment There will be chemical exposure for cleaning and hot surfaces with exposure to dairy products A strong work ethic and a solid work history with good job longevity.
