JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seasonal Packaging & Gift Box Assembly 1st Shift Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM Position Type: Seasonal Start: ASAP Position Overview We are hiring Seasonal Packaging & Gift Box Assembly Workers to join a busy cheese production and packaging operation. Due to increased holiday demand, seasonal employees are starting earlier than normal this year. Employees will begin by assisting with general cheese packaging and production duties. As the holiday season approaches, employees will transition into gift box assembly and preparation. Responsibilities Package 1 lb. bags of cheese curds Package 1 lb. blocks of cheese Package 8 oz. blocks of cheese Perform general packaging and production duties Assemble holiday gift boxes as seasonal production increases Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive packaging and assembly tasks Good attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful, but not required Schedule MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM An occasional Saturday may be required depending on workload and production needs, but Saturdays are not expected to be a regular part of the schedule.
