Position 1

• Location: O'Fallon, MO (63368)

• Day Shifts: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9:30a-7:30p.

• Night Shifts: Sunday-Saturday 10p-3a (flexible with end time).

• Patient Specifics: 21-year-old with a GJ-button and BIPAP.

Position 2

• Location: Lake St. Louis, MO (63367)

• Day Shifts: Saturday/Sunday 8 hour day shifts, flexible.

• Night Shifts: Monday & Friday 9pm-7am.

• Patient Specifics: 1-year-old with a G-tube and Trach.

Position 3

• Location: Wentzville, MO (63385)

• Shifts: Sunday Midnight-11:59p; Monday Midnight-4a & 7p-11p; Tuesday 12:45p-11p, Wednesday 2:45p-11:59p; Thursday Midnight-4A & 7p-11p; Friday Midnight-8:15a.

• Patient Specifics: 10-year-old with a G-tube and Trach.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings

• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies

• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
